Returning Student Registration Form
The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Medication Administered at School

 When it is necessary for medication/medical intervention to be administered while a student is at school you must complete - Administration of Medications/ Authorization and Administration of Medication Record (attached) before dropping off medication. Please do not send any medications to school with your child. Parents/guardians are requested to drop off or pick up medications at the front door. Please call when you arrive and we will meet you.
